10 Christmas things I can't wait to try and fail at
Never knew these things even existed, absolutely don't need them, but now for some reason, desperately want them. Just saving all this here for next year. You know, in case miraculously next year, i DON'T spend hours looking through pinterest, etsy, and various crafty blogs for original ideas of beautiful decorations and yummy recipes that I am physically unable to make, but that i will still TRY to make no matter what, until I thoroughly hate myself. :)
Ooooooh! a wreath!!!
This lady named Allison Strider (link) designs them, makes them, and sells them for like 50£, so that means they're probably super easy to make, right?? hahahaha... riiiiiiiight! (i wouldn't even know where to find burlap!)
Oooohhhh!!!! ARTIFICIAL ICED BRANCHES!!!!!! Who even came up with that??
This is where they explain how to make this, with material that I have never heard of: link
Aaaawww here's a pretty little garland
And the blog where she explains how this is neither quick nor easy (at least she's honest!): link
Hmmm, a suspended christmas tree with no actual tree! Interesting! I can see how you'd end up with less tree needles on the floor, so, very convenient. Also, a great way to use that hook you have in the ceiling!

Ah, I can totally see this being useful: what to do with old wine bottles lying around?? Christmas decorations, of course! Oh and hey, I could put the ICED BRANCHES above in there!! niiiiiiice!
Very good explanations here: link , just need to find out what primer and "epsom salt" are...
Candles!!!! in pots, with ribbons! Yes, super easy, love this!
Whaaaaaat?? ANOTHER wreath??? Yes!! because this one looks a LOT easier than the first one!!!
Aaaaand a window display! Also super easy! As long as, you know, you have a window, i guess.

Ahh, and OF COURSE! the home-made snow globe!!! Because why the fuck not!!! ^^
Apparently, i really need to acquire a "glue gun"... link
And finally, a cute idea to decorate without actually having a tree! Although it does require a frame, though.
